Imaginext and Star Wars are coming together

For those that love the worlds of Imaginext and Star Wars, those two worlds are coming together.

Fisher-Price has announced a brand new Imaginext figure in the spirt of the 2+ foot tall Batbot Xtreme and Transforming Batman Bat-Tech Batbot

The new Imaginext Star Wars Darth Vader Bot will bring everyone’s favorite Star Wars villain to life!

As Fisher-Price describes it, the new action figure has a shoulder power pad where a 3-inch Imaginext Stormtrooper (that comes with the Darth Vader Bot) can be placed to turn on lights, sounds, and to open the bot’s torso & reveal a hidden disc launcher.

The right arm of the Darth Vader Bat bot has an extendable Lightsaber and the left arm can launch a projectile ball.

Price point for the new Imaginext Star Wars Darth Vader Bot: $149

Amazon.com, WalMart.com and Target.com are all currently taking pre-orders with a shipment date of June 14, 2024.

Could we see future items from this collaboration? We will be watching this space and will keep you informed.

Imaginext Toy Story Slammers First Look

First look at Toy Story Slammers figures & vehicles. Slammer tag colors and guesses at characters.

Looks like a train vehicle will be on the RED tag, with Woody, Black & White Woody & Jessie.

The space vehicle will probably account for six GRAY tags. These pictures show 3 x Buzz (without much deco difference) and 2 x Aliens… I would guess a third Alien will be in the list. Hopefully these guys have some glow-in-the-dark features, or else the only difference is the vehicle colorway.

The BLACK tag will be the mystery…I am not certain what that vehicle is, but clearly Duke Caboom will be included. Bo Peep is on the box, so the third black vehicle could be a repeat of Duke or Bo, or maybe we will see a Combat Carl or some other humanoid figure that can fit in the Slammer style packaging.
