Imaginext Lobo & Motorcycle Found in Northern New Jersey

Great news for anyone who has been feeling that the new Imaginext releases are not making it to the US, this brand new set has been found in New Jersey.

The Batman 50th Anniversary sets have not been found in many retail stores in the states, although the 5-Pack is available on Amazon.com. Most sightings of the individual Batman 50th have been from Mexico. Mexico has also been the only reliable source of Teen Titans Go! Imaginext packs of Jinx & Red X.

There have been a few new Imaginext sets spotted online, but with no confirmation they will be produced, or ever hit shelves in the US. Today’s find is great news for everyone who has been feeling left out, or even concerned that Imaginext was nearing the end of life, or possibly getting cancelled.

Imaginext is here to stay, now let’s hope we see some of these sites on shelves soon: Teen Titans Go! Starfire & Batman, Jurassic World Dino Eggs Series 2, Jurassic World Indoraptor & Maisie, and of course, new Blind Bags!

Smyths Toys Shows New Transforming Batwing Playset Coming in January

A new transforming Bat-vehicle. The description is a bit odd, as it mentions a female co-pilot. It is disappointing we don’t get to see who they are referring to. You can view more images and details on Smyths Toys’ website.

Features

  • Contents: 1 x Imaginext DC Transforming Batwing Playset
  • Super-Villains beware… Batman has a co-pilot and she means business!
  • Lift the hatch to load up for action
  • 2 ways to launch disks! Squeeze the trigger or push the power pad

Imaginext Batman 80th Anniversary Collection Available on Amazon!

UPDATE: DIRECT LINK IS FIXED: https://amzn.to/310sFt8

For some reason it is a tricky one to navigate to. You must go to the main Imaginext brand page and scroll down to the product. Or you can go directly to the PRODUCT PAGE.

New Clayface Batman the Animated Series Imaginext Mega Figure with Mace Fist

Nickel City Con also gave us the first reveal on a new Clayface, with yellow eyes, and a signature ball mace fist, which resemble the look of the Batman the Animated Series Clayface. It looks like it has the red Imaginext action feature button behind his head, probably controlling his mouth movements.

I don’t think this one is big enough to “eat” other figures, but it does have a door/compartment on top of his head, so who knows what we will see in there. Hopefully, more photos from the con surface to see what this guy can do.

Jurassic World New Mega Mouth T-Rex

Now showing up in stores and online.

Bo Peep & Combat Carl Toy Story 4 Packs Are Available!

The Combat Carl & Bo Peep TS4 Two-Pack has appeared on ToyWiz.com and has shipped to a few early pre-order customers.

No official promo pictures are posted on ToyWiz at this time, but we have a fan photo for you to enjoy!

Imaginext Toy Story 4 “Stuntman” & More

Walmart.com is showing a placeholder for another Toy Story 4 Imaginext figure or playset. This is the featured price point, so it could be Woody, or new character Duke Kaboom (Keanu Reeves) as Stuntman with a tiny ramp and vehicle.

UK abgee.co.uk  has confirmed that Toy Story 4 will also have some Basic & Featured figure assortments… most likely more two packs, or single figures with a large accessory. It looks like Combat Carl, Spoony, Bo Peep & one of the fuzzy Blue Guys.

As covered earlier, the highest price point “Buzzbot” will be an R/C toy, followed by a Carnival Playset, and then these new figure packs. These tiny pictures show you a bit more about what might be inside. The Carnival is NOT a SpongeBob Glove World rehash.

However, with Toy Fair 2019 just days away, I am sure we will get some detailed images very soon!

Toy Story Imaginext Figures Re-released for Toy Story 4

Core characters from Toy Story are being released to coincide with the June 21st release. Woody & Bullseye; Jessie & Buzz; Hamm, Alien & Rex; Pizza Planet Truck with Buzz, Woody & RC have been found online and in Walmarts. The back of the boxes indicate the Pizza Planet playset will also be available. A 6 figure pack has also shown up on international sites.

All New Toy Story Imaginext Are Coming

No images are available yet, but online retailers have set up pre-release orders for Toy Story Carnival playset (perhaps a retool of SpongeBob’s Glove World) and a BuzzBot. The BuzzBot price point indicates it should be a large, motorized vehicle, like one of the RC BatBots.

More news to follow at Toy Fair 2019!

Imaginext Blind Bag Series 12 May Have Made an Appearance!

Some possible figures for future Mystery Bags or figure sets were spotted online. We see a Fisher-Price Adventure People “Male Robot Clawtron” in black and silver. A Tiger Monkey that appears to be a new sculpt. A female character with white hair and boots, a possible cowgirl or bull rider. A blue and yellow, Imaginext-sponsored biker. And my personal favorite, the transforming building/robot from the movie “Big” starring Tom Hanks. “I don’t get it!”

Watch Josh play with the Transformer knock-off!

Here is the Fisher-Price Adventure People Clawtron. This is not the first Adventure People inspiration we have seen, and hopefully not the last!

New Imaginext Bat Cycle with Transforming Wheels

Images of yet another Batbike have been found.  A grey motorcycle, it what appears to be a new mold (at least for the Superfriends line) comes with two projectile discs and a button to turn the wheels from normal motorcycle into some sort of penny-farthing, high-wheel bike.

For what purpose? I have no idea!
